Getting closer, we hope!
Our house has been listed with Iowa Realty for 1 week. We had a call before the pics were even up. A showing on Wed, the people liked the house, but wanted 3 beadrooms on 1 level since they have 2 little kids. We have another showing today. We are getting pretty excited and a little nervous, that we could in fact be moving to Florida in a matter of a month or 2 and we have a LOT to do on that end of things. Since our house is in tip top shape, now we can concentrate on getting things going down there.

It may be soon but hoping if it;s not, you won't be too upset... things happen in their own time, not always how we hope for. You can't sell it if you don't show it though. Keep us posted!!
