Cassie and family...her WHOLE family, got here on Wednesday for spring break and we got a chance to spend most of the weekend with them. Friday night Brigg spent the night with us the boys spent the evening swimming, playing, and EATING! He is such a neat kid! I was telling Cassie I think she is pretty lucky to have such a genuine 9 year old boy that is managing to grow up, yet stay a kid at the same time. It is very rare. He can sit with a bunch of adults and add to the conversation, and play with his 5 year old cousin 10 minutes later. It's pretty special when we get to have just 1 of Cassie's kids on their own, and this time it was Brigg.
We spent Saturday and Sunday afternoon up at Larry and Candi's. Bode got to stay with them on Saturday night and spend a little time with Lani and Macy too. He was in heaven with is cousins. Getting to see family is bitter sweet. It is so great to see them, but it never seems like a long enough visit, and reminds us how much we do miss everyone. Tough to say good-bye. We love you guys!

Ya, I don't like those goodbyes at all!! UGH!!!!!!! Poor Bode, there is nothing I can say to make it easier either....sigh!! Maybe Boone will like me in another year or 2... for now, NOT happening! :/
