1st day of school

Bode started preschool yesterday. He did great! We started the morning with pancakes and we both got to take him. He was a little nervous at first, but we only stuck around for about 10 minutes and then he was fine. He likes his teachers and made some new friends, who are all "that guy in the ____ shirt" since he doesn't really have the names down yet. He had some fresh chocolate chip cookies waiting for him when we got home and he even wanted to go back today. It was a big relief to us that he likes it and has a little something more now than just mom and dad.

He looks old enough in these pictures that it could be his first day of kindergarten pictures! Oh we miss you so much Bode!!!

I thought the same thing, Jennie! Please tell Bode what I tell Olivia, "STOP GROWING!" She tells me she can't because she needs to go to college. Well, at least they could slow down! Look forward to more pictures.

He is in a 4-5 year old room and is one of the youngest kids, and some of them are HUGE! It is hard to believe he will be THAT big if not bigger in a year.

Yes, exactly what I was thinking too, he looks so big and grown-up. Love the photos, they are great, what a little sweetheart he is. And how wonderful that you and Stew both got to take him for his first day;-)
