I had a great mother's day! Bode made me a birdhouse and beautiful card at school. My day started by getting to sleep in, the best gift you can give the mother of a newborn. I got a gift cert for a pedicure, which I could use for sure! We went to supper at Cracker Barrel and just enjoyed the day.
I also wanted to let my mom know that I thought about her a lot and wished we could have been together to celebrate. The older I get, the more I appreciate her and realize, now that I am a mom too, just how much she loves me and my brother. Love you mom! See you on Friday!
