-he will be in first grade
-he rides a bike without training wheels
-he reads by himself
-he can beat me in H-O-R-S-E, the Wii, and most other games on any given day
-he does not like girls, but still loves me : ) however, he does prefer to go do "guy stuff" with dad
-he still loves to swim and could spend hours at the beach looking for sharks teeth and swimming
-he loves his brother and plays pretty good with him unless he needs his "privacy", which is getting to be more and more
-he is easy going and a good boy
Bode, we love you so much and are so grateful we get to be your mom and dad. You are officially our "easy child" and we appreciate you more now that ever! You are such a good boy and becoming so smart and funny. We are enjoying this new more independent stage you seem to be entering and know is only a matter of time before you will hesitate to include us in it. We are so proud of all you do and are, and we love you so much! Happy birthday!

Bode, we are so happy we were able to celebrate your birthday with you! We cannot believe you are 6 already!!! It seems just like yesterday that I had the pleasure of taking care of you when you were a baby. We love you so so so much and miss you all the time! Can't wait to see you in a couple of weeks!
Bode you are SO adorable and such a big boy!! We LOVE having you here and know you truly prefer your cousins over we adults anytime but give the best hugs and looks.... sigh, breaks my heart giving you the ones just before we part... SO happy you got to spend time with us over such a special time!! LOVE YOU BUDDY!!!
