14 months old

I can't believe Boone is 14 months old. He is not quite the laid back child I remember Bode being. And maybe my memory is wrong, but his personality is all his own! He has no interest in doing anything just because someone, especially me, wants him too. He is very willful and stubborn, and he is going to let you know it! He is not into being held or cuddling, but prefers to show affection with a headbutt, slap in the face, and the occasional love bite. He is into everything, counters, drawers, toilets, his brothers room. He can open doors and get pretty much anywhere he wants. However, he also has the most infectious laugh ever! He has started kissing and it is the best. He will sit in your lap and listen to you read books as long as you want. He dances and smiles to all music, especially daddy's. He is a pretty good sleeper. And those dimples...make you forget all the naughty!

He is almost walking. I swear when we are not looking he probably gets up and runs laps around his room. He got his 5th tooth a couple days ago and he is slowly starting to figure out that chewing thing, eating a little more of a variety, French fries, Rice Krispies, and corn puffs. He also LOVES pickles, to suck the juice out and throw them on the floor that is. He is a little fish and loves to be in the pool or at the beach.

He is something else and I can't imagine our family without him!
