We've had a good Christmas so far. We went to church last night and opened a few presents. Santa came since we had all been so good this year, and I am listening to Bode bang on his new drum set as we speak. Great idea! He loves them though, and that is all that matters. He has been contently playing with his new toys all morning. It is kind of nice to have a quite day before the big trip. We've got some goodies to grill tonight and will be enjoying a little warm weather before we go into the blizzard. We are hoping for decent weather tomorrow so we can get into Iowa without any problems. Hope the snow plows don't have the day off!
